I created self-help coaching sessions for those who are do-it-yourselfers, who don't want a full program, who need to work on something specific, or for those on a super tight budget. You take what you need and leave the rest. Each of these sessions comes with a workbook to help you take what you learn and apply it to fit you and your life. You can ask questions in the Facebook Group and get support from others on the same journey.
